I've been dealing with left shoulder issues for 11 months now... which led to bicep tendinitis among other pain, problems, and weaknesses.

About a month ago I started seeing a shoulder specialist who pinpointed that my shoulder wasn't sitting properly in the socket. He manipulated my shoulder and prescribed a ton of exercises - they are a time commitment, but have blown my mind with what a difference they've made! 💪My shoulder feels stronger and healthier than it has in almost a year, and it just keeps getting better.

This time lapse shows almost all my exercises. They take about 12 minutes to complete and I do them 3-5 times a day.
